About me
- Can I live with other cats? Yes - All the kittens should be socialised enough to coexist with other cats, as they have been raised in a large group.
- Can I live with dogs? Potentially - Since the kittens were abandoned on our site, we don't know if they have ever been around dogs. Given their nervous temperament, we anticipate they might be a little wary of a new dog initially. However, being young, they should be able to adapt in a comfortable environment. We can only accept applications from homes where the dog has previously lived with a cat without any problems.
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes
- Can I live with young children? Yes - The kittens might be able to coexist with young children, provided the children respect their space. Given their challenging start in life, they may need some time to adjust to a new home.
- Do I have any medical issues? Potentially - All of the kittens have undergone a complete health check at the vet, and no issues were found. Currently, all are too young to be neutered. In compliance with ACGAS policy, adopters will be contacted about scheduling a neutering appointment once the kittens reach 20 weeks of age. Please refer to the adoption paperwork for the terms and conditions.
- Can I live as an indoor cat? Potentially
Meet Our Crisp Gang!
We are excited to announce that applications are now open for our adorable 7! (now 3!)
These little ones were abandoned at the top of our lane, where our staff found them while opening up the site. Initially, they were terrified, matted, and one even had a sticky substance on their fur which was a nightmare to get out. After some tender care, they are all doing much better and slowly beginning to come out of their shells.
Females:
Nak: (photo far RIGHT) very vocal, always meowing for food and attention, she can be a little nervous at first but she comes around quickly!
Males:
Frazzle: (photo MIDDLE) This little guy loves to hog all the food and can on occasion, growl at his brother if he gets too near to his bowl. He values his food highly and may outgrow this behaviour, making him the most spirited of the males!
Quaver: (photo far LEFT) Originally, most nervous of the boys, Quaver was very hesitant to approach us at first but after being in our care for a few weeks now, he is slowly gaining confidence.
All of the kittens require dedicated socialisation at home, as they appear to come from a semi-feral farm cat background.
