About me

  • Can I live with other cats? Yes - Dora is currently in a foster home with an energetic one year old male cat. She enjoys playing with him and holds her own in their interactions!
  • Can I live with dogs? Yes - Dora is currently in a foster home with a calm golden Labrador. She loves playing with him even more than with the cat and is always climbing on him to encourage playtime!
  • Can I live with teenagers? Yes
  • Can I live with young children? Yes - Dora is well socialised and has been hand reared by a staff member since she was three weeks old, having arrived as a stray.
  • Do I have any medical issues? No - Dora has undergone a complete health check at the vet, and no issues were found. Currently, Dora is too young to be neutered. In compliance with ACGAS policy, adopters will be contacted about scheduling a neutering appointment once the kitten reaches 20 weeks of age. Please refer to the adoption paperwork for the terms and conditions.
  • Can I live as an indoor cat? Yes - Dora could potentially thrive as an indoor cat since she has never been outside.

Dora is an adorable calico in search of a new home!

She was brought to us as a three week old stray and is currently in a foster home. After many nights on milk replacer, she’s now enjoying solid foods!

Dora is a spirited kitten with an adventurous and bold personality. Fearless, she isn’t shy about exploring her surroundings.

At just six weeks old, she’s already launching herself off sofas, walking all over the Labrador in the home, and standing her ground against anything that bothers her!

If you’re looking for a lively, confident kitten to welcome into your home, Dora might be your perfect match!

Can't adopt Dora? You can still help!

Not everyone can offer a forever home – but you can still change Dora’s life, and the lives of many more animals like them.

By donating to All Creatures Great and Small, you’re helping us provide food, shelter, veterinary care, and round-the-clock love to animals who’ve lost everything. Dora’s story is just one of many – but with your support, none of them have to face it alone.

Your gift today helps us keep the kennel doors open, the blankets warm, and hope alive.
