About me
- Can I live with other cats? Potentially - Tullio initially joined us with another cat from his previous home, so he might be open to living with another cat in the future.
- Can I live with dogs? No - Tullio has never interacted with dogs, therefore he is looking for a dog free home.
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes - 16+
- Can I live with young children? No - Tullio has never lived with small children before
- Do I have any medical issues? No - Tullio has received a full medical health check at the vets with no concerns. He underwent a dental in our care & was already neutered before arriving to the rescue. He is currently not vaccinated.
- Can I live as an indoor cat? No - In his previous home, Tullio did not have access to a cat flap but did like to go outside on occasion
- What was the reason for my surrender? Unfortunately, Tullio's owner could no longer provide him with care because of her health issues
Tullio is in search of a truly special home.
This quiet boy is just beginning to come out of his shell after spending some time in our care. He arrived with another cat from the same household, but tragically, due to his companion’s severe health issues, including clotting around his heart, he was sadly put to sleep after weighing barely 2kg.
In contrast, Tullio came to us in much better condition, weighing just over 5 kg and showing no signs of health problems. The two cats were very different from one another.
Tullio is a quiet and reserved boy who requires a cat savvy owner, ideally in an adult only home, as this is what he is accustomed to. He enjoys gentle head scratches, but only if approached slowly, if you move too quickly, he may hiss, though he has never lashed out at anyone.
Additionally, Tullio is quite a fussy eater and prefers only the finest meats. Currently, he is enjoying gourmet pâté, as standard food simply doesn’t interest him, and he will be reluctant to eat it!
He is not suited for a hectic or busy household. If you have the time and patience to help this wonderful boy learn to trust again, please reach out to us!
