About me
- Can I live with other cats? Potentially - Ferb has previously lived with other cats, so he might be able to adapt to a multi-cat household. However, due to his tendency to leave home on several occasions, we prefer to find him a quieter environment. We want to ensure he doesn’t feel overwhelmed or pushed out, so a calm home would be ideal.
- Can I live with dogs? Potentially - Ferb has previously cohabited with a small dog, but we prefer not to place him in a multi-animal household with a lot of activity. His history of wandering makes us cautious about such environments.
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes
- Can I live with young children? Potentially - 8+ - cat savvy
- Do I have any medical issues? No - Ferb has undergone a complete health check by a vet and is already neutered and fully vaccinated. His next vaccinations are scheduled for 15th July 2027.
- Can I live as an indoor cat? No - Given Ferb's tendency to wander in his previous home, the reasons for which are unclear, we feel that he may not thrive as an indoor only cat. He likely wouldn't appreciate being confined.
- What was the reason for my surrender? Ferb has a history of wandering away from home for unknown reasons. He was initially kept as an indoor cat but was let out one day and never returned. His previous owners believe he may have gotten lost, to which after moving home, he was let out again & went missing for a year. For this reason, we recommend rehoming him to a quiet area with minimal traffic and fewer houses, if possible.
Ferb is a lovable, affectionate, and handsome guy who adores cuddling and treats. Although his photos may make him look smaller, he is quite a large cat! This vocal cuddle bug would be an excellent companion for any household. He can be playful and, when overstimulated, might engage in some rough play with you!
