About me
- Can I live with other cats? No - Both cats would thrive in a home without any other pets
- Can I live with dogs? No
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes - 18+
- Can I live with young children? No - 18+ - Both cats are very anxious and have no prior experience living with children, so they are seeking a home without children
- Do I have any medical issues? Yes - Both cats have undergone a comprehensive health check since arriving in our care and are fully vaccinated, with their booster scheduled for the 7th September 2027. They both need dental procedures, which are set for the 21st September 2026. Both will require gabapentin and trazodone before the appointment, as they were very anxious during their health checks, particularly Wayne (black).
- Can I live as an indoor cat? Yes - Both cats have always been indoor, they have never had access to the outside world. Given their age, we would advise that they now remain indoor cats.
- What was the reason for my surrender? Wayne & Garth's owner sadly passed away
Wayne and Garth are still undergoing assessment as they haven’t fully adjusted to their new environment at the sanctuary.
Garth, the Siamese, is gradually starting to trust us, albeit just a little.
Wayne (Black) remains quite frightened and hisses when we enter their cabin, he can also bite if approached too closely. Their anxiety is currently overwhelming them, but our team is committed to helping them build trust in small steps. We will keep you updated on their progress.
