About me
- Can I live with other cats? Potentially - I have never lived with another cat, although my previous owner felt I may be comfortable sharing a home with one. My carers are currently reviewing whether I can live with another, based on my behaviour within the cattery at the moment.
- Can I live with dogs? Yes - I previously lived with a miniature poodle and may be able to live with a similar sized dog. However, applications will only be considered from homes where the dog has previously lived with a cat successfully. Simply visiting homes with cats or seeing cats while out on walks would not count.
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes
- Can I live with young children? Potentially - I haven’t lived with young children, but my previous owners grandchildren regularly visited my home and I had no problems with them.
- Do I have any medical issues? Potentially - I’m due to visit the vet on the 6th October 2026 for a health check, my first vaccination and to discuss whether I have already been spayed, as there is no paperwork confirming this.
- Can I live as an indoor cat? No - I’ve always had access to the outside world through a cat flap.
- What was the reason for my surrender? One of my owners was sadly allergic to my fur, so they made the difficult decision to put me up for adoption.
Meet Martha! formerly known as Lola. She is a sweet, confident and placid cat who is a real pleasure to be around. Although the team are still getting to know her, everything we’ve seen so far suggests that Martha is truly good as gold and an absolute treasure! 🙂
