About me

  • Can I live with other cats? No - Dorothy has shown some negativity towards another cat in her block. This behavior could be influenced by her maternal hormones, as she still has her kittens with her. However, since we lack any background information on her, it may be best to find her a pet free home for now.
  • Can I live with dogs? No - Since we have no background information on Dorothy, it would be best to match her with a dog free home.
  • Can I live with teenagers? Yes
  • Can I live with young children? Yes
  • Do I have any medical issues? No - Dorothy has received a thorough health check at the vet, and no concerns were identified. She is scheduled to be spayed and microchipped with us around the end of November 2025.
  • Can I live as an indoor cat? Potentially

Applications Open – not ready for rehoming until November 2025 (currently weaning x5 kittens)

Dorothy arrived with two other male cats, one adult and one kitten. We suspect the kitten is hers and that the adult male is the father. They were all found crammed into a carrier and left at the top of our lane on a Friday morning.

Dorothy enjoys attention from her handlers but isn’t particularly fond of being held. She has a very independent nature, she tends to come over for her food before wandering off to relax on her own. She appreciates her space. Once she moves to our cattery unit after her kittens are fully weaned, we may see more of her personality shine through!
