About me
- Can I live with other cats? Potentially - Before arriving to us, Dudley had been living in a household with three other cats, including a female he has mated with and their two kittens. No issues were reported during this time.
- Can I live with dogs? No
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes - 18+
- Can I live with young children? No - Considering Dudley's occasionally spicy nature, we attribute his behaviour to stress from the sudden changes in his environment. Therefore, he would thrive best in an adult only home with cat savvy owners.
- Do I have any medical issues? No - Dudley underwent a complete health check at the vet on October 21st, 2025, where he was also microchipped and neutered. No issues were identified during the appointment. Currently, Dudley is quite nervous about entering a carrier for transport. It's important for adopters to handle him with care, as he is frightened at the moment and may react defensively, potentially causing injury.
- Can I live as an indoor cat? No
Urgent Home Needed for Little Dudley!
Dudley is desperately seeking a new home after being brought to us due to a domestic violence situation within his previous household. Currently in our cattery, he is struggling to cope with this sudden change in his life.
His previous owners described him as affectionate and loving, but what we see now is a heartbroken and withdrawn cat. When we spend one on one time with him, he curls up in the corner, clearly frightened. He may approach slowly for a treat if it’s placed on his blanket, but the fear of getting closer holds him back.
Dudley urgently needs an adult only, cat savvy home where he can gradually come out of his shell, surrounded by love and, most importantly, patience. Please help us give this sweet boy the second chance he deserves.
