About me
- Can I live with other cats? No - Tonks would thrive as the sole cat in the household, as her previous owners mentioned that she was quite territorial and often antagonistic toward the other cat in their home.
- Can I live with dogs? Potentially - In Tonk's original home, she was living with two dogs. Since April 2025, before coming to us, she has not lived with any dogs. Please note that we can only accept applications from households where the dog has previously coexisted with a cat without any problems.
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes
- Can I live with young children? No - Tonks would do best in a home without young children, as they can be stressful for her.
- Do I have any medical issues? No - Tonks underwent a comprehensive health check at the vets on April 28th, 2025, and no issues were found. Additionally, Tonks was spayed prior to her arrival with us.
- Can I live as an indoor cat? No - Tonks loves sitting on the windowsill and watching the outside world. In her previous home, she would occasionally venture outdoors but never strayed too far. Her owners thought that, given her curious nature, she might enjoy having access to a garden to explore. While they didn’t have a cat flap, Tonks uses one quite well in our cattery.
Tonks is back!
Tonks first graced us with her presence in April 2025 and found a new home shortly after in May. Unfortunately, both her and her feline housemate weren’t quite the best of friends, leading to a decision that they’d thrive better as the only pets in their respective households. While no harm came to either cat, Tonks did have a reputation for being a bit of a bully to the other 12 year old resident.
Now that she’s back with us, Tonks is on the lookout for her forever home once again. According to her previous owners, including her original family and her previous adopter, Tonks is a sweetheart with a clingy disposition. We can vouch for this as well, this charming girl absolutely loves attention! With her confident personality, she’ll come right over to greet you, even if you’re a stranger.
Tonks is seeking a home where she can be the one and only feline companion, soaking up all the love and affection. Remember, physical touch is her love language, so be prepared for plenty of cuddles!
