About me
- Can I live with other cats? No - Since we are uncertain about who was instigating the fights, Lois or Trevor, it would be best for Trev to be rehomed as the only cat in the household.
- Can I live with dogs? No - Trevor seems to be fearful of dogs and would likely thrive in a home that doesn't have one.
- Can I live with teenagers? Yes
- Can I live with young children? No - We were informed that Trevor was mistreated by young children in one of his previous homes, where they would tug on his tail and frighten him. This might explain why he is now reluctant to be picked up.
- Do I have any medical issues? No - Trevor was neutered before coming to us. He has no health issues according to the vet, but he could benefit from a diet since he is a bit on the heavier side!
- Can I live as an indoor cat? No - Trevor has always had the freedom to explore the outdoors through a cat flap.
Introducing Trevor, our lovable chunky boy who is looking for a new home!
Trevor came to us with another cat, Lois, who is also available for rehoming. Currently, they are housed separately because their previous owner reported that they were fighting at home. Given the reduced space, we felt it wouldn’t be fair to keep them together.
Trevor is a very confident cat who hasn’t hidden at all since arriving with us. He has a bold personality and adjusts quickly to new environments!
Trevor is heavily motivated by food and will happily follow you around like a shadow in hopes of a tasty treat. He definitely needs to shed some pounds, as he’s quite large!
While he enjoys some attention, Trevor isn’t keen on being picked up, possibly due to past experiences. A patient, cat-savvy owner would be ideal for him.
